1 ½ oz. Rhum Agricole vieux (8)
½ oz. Blended Aged Rum (3)
¼ oz. Allspice liqueur
¼ oz. Velvet Falernum
½ oz. Honey Syrup
½ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters

shake with pebble, pour into Tiki Mug, garnish with three cherries and a pineapple on a pick optional pineapple fronds

The Undead Gentleman

1 oz. Black Blended Overproof Rum (6)
1 ½ oz. Blended Aged Rum (3)
½ oz. Falernum
1 dash Angostura Bitters
½ oz. Cinnamon Syrup
½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
Absinthe Rinse

shake with ice, double strain into chilled coupe

Suffering Bastard

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Brandy/Bourbon
¼ oz. Demerara
½ oz. Lime Juice
4 oz. Ginger Beer
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

add gingerbeer to glass, shake everything else with cubed or cracked ice, strain into tiki mug, top with cubed or cracked ice, Garnish with a mint sprig and a swizzle stick

Bumboat

1 oz. Rye
1 oz. Blended Lightly Aged Rum (2)
¾ oz. Black Blended Overproof Rum (6)
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 ½ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Cinnamon
3 drops Almond Extract
6 drops Tiki Bitters

shake with pebble, pour into tiki mug, top with pebble

Planter’s Punch

3 oz. Blended Aged Rum (Jamaica) (3)
¼ oz. Allspice
¾ oz. Demerara
1 oz. Lime Juice
2 dashes Bitters

shake with pebble, pour into small tiki mug or Mai Tai glass, top with pebble

Twelve Mile Limit

1 oz. Blended Lightly Aged Rum (2)
½ oz. Rye
½ oz. Brandy
½ oz. Grenadine
½ oz. Lemon Juice

shake with Ice, Double Strain into a chilled coupe

Shudders in a Whisper

2 oz. Column Still Aged Rum (4)
¼ oz. Drambuie
2 oz. Seltzer
½ oz. Pear Liqueur
½ oz. Passion Fruit
¾ oz. Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

add everything to a large tin including the seltzer, add 12 oz pebble ice, flash blend for 5-6 seconds, pour into mai tai glass, top with pebble

Jamaican Milk Punch

1 oz. Black Blended Rum (Jamaica)  (5)
½ oz. Demerara
6 drops Vanilla Extract
1 dash Angostura Bitters
2 oz. Half and Half

add everything to a tin, add 12 oz pebble ice, flash blend for 5-6 seconds, pour into double old fashioned glass, garnish with grated nutmeg

Golden Gun

1 oz. Blended Aged Rum (3)
1 oz. Blended Lightly Aged Rum (2)
½ oz. Apricot
½ oz. Demerara
½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
¾ oz. Lime Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

shake with ice, strain into a colins glass with cubed ice
